Regional Strategic Monitoring and Planning

This service manages territorial intelligence. It conducts economic studies, monitors economic trends, and supports regional planning. It facilitates the implementation of public policies in conjunction with institutional stakeholders. Its objective is to provide reliable data to guide decisions and enhance the effectiveness of investment actions.

Key functions

The Centre has put in place a governance system centered on the Project Monitoring Committee, which is based on three essential pillars:

Territorial analysis and strategic planning

Development of territorial diagnoses, participation in the development of strategic and operational planning documents and formulation of investment roadmaps aligned with regional priorities.

Monitoring and promoting strategic studies

Capitalizing on completed and ongoing studies: urban planning, environment, energy, industry, coastline, etc. Integration of results into the structuring of bankable projects.

Territorial consultation and facilitation of dialogue

Coordination of multi-stakeholder workshops, participation in technical committees, formulation of recommendations and reporting of territorial priorities.

Strategic knowledge production

Contribution to the implementation of economic monitoring tools, observatories and regional databases (RDBs), with interactive visualization and analytical reports.
