Preparation and Monitoring of CRUI Files
This service serves as the CRI's entry point for any investor wishing to launch a project in the region. It is responsible for welcoming, guiding, and analyzing investment projects from the initial contact, centralizing requests from project promoters. Through active listening and personalized assessments, it identifies their specific needs, provides strategic information about the region, and directs them to the appropriate CRI services.
Secondly, this service assists project promoters in the complete preparation of their administrative files for submission to the Unified Regional Investment Commission (CRUI). It ensures the rigorous preparation of the files, their formal submission, and the monitoring of the procedure until the final decision.
The CRI plays a central role in this system as the permanent secretariat of the CRUI, ensuring coordination between the various services involved, managing deadlines, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative exchanges.
Key functions
Receiving and verifying CRUI files
Digital receipt via the platform, completeness check, request for missing documents
Preparation of files to be submitted to the CRUI
Formatting in accordance with the Commission's requirements, support to the applicant for structuring the technical and regulatory file.
Formal submission to the CRUI
Transmission to the members of the commission, convening of stakeholders, monitoring of deadlines.
CRUI Secretariat Role
The CRI assumes the permanent secretariat of the CRUI, which includes: The logistical and documentary preparation of meetings.
Inter-departmental coordination with permanent members (technical services, communities, local authorities).
Recording decisions and transmitting them to the parties concerned. Managing the calendar and following up on pending cases.
Post-commission follow-up
Support for the implementation of decisions taken: issuing authorizations, monitoring compliance with commitments, documenting any difficulties.

Role of the CRI
The Regional Investment Centre (CRI) provides the permanent technical and administrative secretariat for the CRUI. In this capacity, it:
