In accordance with the High Directives of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, the Regional Investment Centers (CRIs) play a central role in territorial transformation. They oversee the entire investment process, from the initial idea to its implementation, and provide high-quality support to project promoters.
The advent of the new generation of Regional Investment Centers (CRI 3.0), fully engaged in local communities, marks a major evolution. These centers now act as true catalysts for development and strategic points of reference for investors. They intervene at every stage, with a focus on sustainable and structuring impact.
Within this framework, the Guelmim-Oued Noun Regional Investment Center (CRI) is implementing a strategy aligned with the realities of the region. Its ambition is to promote investment, encourage job creation, and leverage regional potential in synergy with local partners. Three key areas structure our roadmap: developing a coherent regional offering through a strong regional brand and a mapping of high-potential sectors; enhancing land attractiveness through accessible economic activity zones; and finally, implementing a targeted promotion strategy, supported by an attractiveness observatory.
