As part of a joint organization between the Guelmim–Oued Noun Regional Investment Center, the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises – Guelmim–Oued Noun Region (CGEM), the Professional Organization of Chartered Accountants (OPCA) and the National Social Security Fund (CNSS), a communication meeting was organized on Friday, December 19, 2025 around the theme:
«"The basis for calculating CNSS contributions – New features of decision no. 1314-25 and control procedures for better understanding.".

This meeting provided an important opportunity to clarify the new legal and regulatory developments related to the basis of social security contributions and to highlight the control procedures in force, thus contributing to increased transparency, compliance with legal provisions and the protection of the rights of employees and employers.

This meeting is part of efforts to support economic actors and improve the business climate at the regional level, through the simplification of information and its closer connection to businesses and professionals.
