The Regional Investment Center of the Guelmim–Oued Noun region concluded the activities of the regional caravan on Monday, December 29, 2025, by organizing its final stage in the city of Guelmim.

This closing stage saw significant participation, with the presence of the Wali of the Guelmim–Oued Noun region, Governor of the province of Guelmim, alongside the Director of the Regional Investment Center, as well as representatives of public institutions, external services and elected officials, as well as economic actors, entrepreneurs and project promoters.

This step aims to crown the process of proximity and communication with the regional entrepreneurial fabric, by enabling companies to appropriate the content of the new support scheme and by clarifying the conditions and mechanisms of access to said scheme, in accordance with the Royal Directives calling for the encouragement of productive investment and job creation.

During this meeting, presentations and technical explanations were provided, covering the foundations of the support mechanism, including the procedures for submitting and reviewing applications, the selection criteria, the steps for contracting and disbursing support, within the framework of regional governance based on transparency and efficiency.

Through the closing of this caravan, the Regional Investment Center of the Guelmim–Oued Noun region reaffirms its constant commitment to supporting very small, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as supporting the dynamics of investment and economic development across the region.
